TIP #1 Make your favorite morning drink, find a semi quiet place, Can be difficult with littles running around... Make a list with areas to focus today. Sort of a outline. The big things you need to do calls to make, bills to pay, meals to prep for etc. Don't over do it start small!
TIP#2 Breath. Read your Bible, turn on some music, stretch for 5-10mins, Then get ready for the day, even if your staying home! You can do the basics like shower, brush teeth and comb hair. Or if you need a boost put on a cute outfit, do your make up and a easy hairstyle! But put on shoes! It will trick your mind into a going somewhere mode.
TIP#3 A healthy protein packed morning meal! Our family loves to do eggs and toast! Or we usually have something we can quickly heat up like sourdough pancakes, scones or something delicious that pairs well with greek yogurt if in a rush.
TIP#4 Tackle two quick items on your list! switch laundry, throw a load of dishes in dishwasher. Start lunch and maybe even dinner! To get ahead.
TIP #5 Be kind MAMA! to yourself and others Chaos happens from time to time. Means your still alive, its now how we finish the race of the day but how we run the race during the day, If you are home with littles give them a job. Something they can handle! Pray daily and take breaks. If your list is not all checked off at end of the day it is okay!
